In France there is an increasing shortfall in the numbers of research and development workers. There is a 'brain drain' from the country. Truly, France is proving unable to retain her "brains". She cannot give them the means they need, she does not recognize their talents and she does not remunerate them according to the true value of their work.
In the face of such failures, an Association was created in July, 2001 with the name A.D.I.R.E.*, the Researchers' Documentation Association, (a non-profit Association registered under the French Law of 1901) in order to compensate for these shortcomings and make up for the errors of the past.
This Association follows and complements A.N.A.C.O.P., the National Association for the Creation of a Political Observatory, (likewise registered under the 1901 Law), which publicizes and protects the concept called "Chedaïl".
After five years of unsuccessful efforts to convince the relevant Public Authorities in France, the firm OMG/GWO S.A. INC. (Observatoire Mondial Géostratégique S.A. / Geostrategic World Observatory Inc.) was created with 100% private capital in the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg. The founder of "Chedail" then decided to move abroad.
Within a few months, the firm OMG/GWO S.A. INC. was up to speed, had started making a name for itself in expert circles and had created its own website on the Internet.
Thanks to OMG/GWO S.A.INC., Research and Development Workers have at their disposal an oustanding expert tool in the areas of their competences. The goal of A.D.I.R.E. is to help, guide, and defend them in order to lead them to success in their research.

Fifteen years ago, a man of merit, the like of whom France is lucky to have from time to time, came to me for help on a specific matter. I gave it to him without the slightest hestitation.
Thereafter this man, with top-level multi-disciplinary expertise and prolific in cultural, sociological, political and industrial projects, gave me an explanation of the project close to his heart, which he wanted to offer to France. The "Chedaïl / A.N.A.C.O.P."system* (The National Association for the Creation of a Political Observatory) took shape in this way, a huge multi-media and multi-relational database, operating with software that is close to 100% relevantly targeted and always "Up to Date".
Our association and friendship have led us both, each in his own way, to try to carry out the measures of explanation and persuasion needed for a product as complex as the one we were proposing, talking to a whole range of "eminent" figures. Was it a question of mindsets? of knowledge? of competence? of fears? All of our contacts, even at the highest level, proved to be no more than a waste of time, money and energy.
At this point Mr. Chedaïl, tired and angry, wisely turned away from the state and towards civil society and private investors. Thanks to his constant efforts, and drawing strength from his contacts, both general and in the university sphere, OMG/GWO S.A. Inc. was born and offers the general public online access to "INFORMATION" on the widest scale.
The quality and relevance of his analyses are unequalled, since they are produced by experts holding doctorates in the domains refered to on the site.
The external experts are also of exceptional quality, as they hold doctorates or the equivalent in their respective countries.
At last there is an organisation with no philosophical, religious, or political ties that can place at our disposal a mass of information stored every day for more than 10 years, available online or to special order.
So, I thank Mr. Chedaïl and the team of OMG/GWO S.A. INC. for this mine of information which I am sure will become within a few years THE world reference for the public at large, for researchers, for companies and for institutions in every land.

At last, OMG/GWO S.A. Inc. sees the light of day!
It had been awaited for several years, but had not appeared! Why? How? Because of whom? Because of what? Or thanks to whom? Nobody will ever know all the ins and outs, but it is here now, and it will perhaps help a better understanding of the real world and of the environment.
It is the fruit of teamwork, multi-disciplinary, with a range of expertise, of a concept, of working methods, of varying experience, with as its main concern the understanding of events, with their origins and their consequences, a better knowledge of themes and topics touched upon, an approach to the areas offered.
This page will regularly allow readers to voice their opinions in the language of their choice.
Let us hope the Observatory will shed some light on matters.
